As the Principal Product Manager, Fraud Prevention at DefenseStorm, you will play a critical role in owning the further development and execution of our fraud products and services. You will lead and coordinate efforts across the company to optimize and implement market-driven cyber fraud solutions, ensuring compelling value to buy, smooth onboarding, effective support, and enhanced customer experiences. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop thought leadership, and contribute to product roadmaps that drive innovation and customer success. Lastly, you will act as an evangelist, championing DefenseStorm’s unique approach to fraud prevention internally, with partners and in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying market needs, customer feedback, and fraud trends, ensuring the product evolves to meet the changing needs of the industry.
  • Provide ongoing oversight and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that milestones are met and that the product delivers the expected value.
  • Oversee the seamless implementation of fraud prevention and detection solutions for clients. Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support processes to guarantee client success.
  • Lead efforts to ensure that the client onboarding process is efficient and frictionless. Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine support mechanisms for customers post-implementation.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate client accounts to ensure the continued success of fraud detection solutions, working to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations.
  • Ensure internal teams and external partners are enabled with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively sell, implement, and support our fraud prevention products.
  • Leverage AI applications to enhance sales tactics and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure the successful execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies by working with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new products and features.
  • Represent DefenseStorm at key events and conferences, delivering impactful presentations and thought leadership on cyber fraud topics. Actively participate in webinars, product demos, and other campaigns to support product positioning and educate the market on fraud detection capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on cybersecurity, fraud detection, or related areas in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record in launching and executing fraud prevention or cyber security products at scale.
  • Ability to apply frameworks like RICE and other prioritization techniques to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully creating and executing GTM strategies, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Experience with building and presenting thought leadership content and presenting at industry events.
