Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst

We are seeking an AI-forward, systems-thinking Senior Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to support the management and optimization of our go-to-market operations. This role focuses on Salesforce administration, system integrations, reporting, and maintaining the processes that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and systems, building efficient workflows, and ensuring that our revenue teams have reliable tools, reporting, and documentation to support day-to-day operations.

This role is great for someone with experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, or revenue operations who is interested in being hands on with CRM architecture, AI workflows, integrations, and performance reporting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
  • Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, and system configurations.
  • Create and maintain fields, objects, workflows, and automation to support GTM processes.
  • Monitor system usage and maintain data quality through data governance and hygiene practices.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed. Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms, and additional go-to-market technologies.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations and workflows between Salesforce and other revenue systems to ensure data flows accurately and processes function as intended; troubleshoot and resolve sync or workflow issues as they arise.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of new tools, system enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track pipeline, revenue performance, and activity metrics.
  • Support recurring reporting for Sales leadership and GTM teams.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent data definitions and reporting standards across teams.
  • Document operational processes across the revenue tech stack, including workflows, reporting definitions, and system configurations.
  • Maintain documentation to support onboarding, training, and internal enablement.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and system efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, AI Ops, and Finance teams to support system configuration and reporting needs.
  • Assist with operational projects related to system improvements, reporting enhancements, and process updates.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or related operational roles.
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, PowerBI, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
